A Nurse Practitioner owned Primary Care and Acute Practice located in Hagerstown, MD.
Gwenn Leatherman DNP, APRN, FNP-BC started the practice in 2022. Gwenn has been a Family Nurse Practitioner since 2016 and has worked in acute care, long-term care, assisted living, internal medicine and family practice.
Our mission is to deliver quality individualized healthcare. We value the provider and patient collaboration and tailor your needs to meet all your healthcare goals.
We offer primary care, women’s health, men’s health, same day sick visits, and weekend visits as needed. We also offer laboratory testing onsite.
In the future we plan to offer Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT).
We do take insurance and offer cash pay options for all our services.
